Cuisinart bread machine gets five stars. The Cuisinart recipe book is three stars. I actually use a different brand’s pass bread machine recipe book which I love. My old recipe bread machine book is simpler and yummier.

I want to love this, but I can’t get it right! No matter what I do the bread comes out with a big hole in the middle. I googled it. It says usually the ingredient amounts are off. So I make sure the ingredients are exact and it still has a big hole.

Was great until the bottom literally fell out.

We have loved this machine for the wonderful bread it makes (once we got the temp right for the wet ingredients.) We make fresh bread twice weekly and now the bottom literally fell out of the pan. The whole machine is useless without the pan and paddle being intact. It's a costly machine that should not have broken so quickly. We take very good care of our items. I am meticulous. First sign was difficulty getting the pan out of the oven. Then, when I went to shake the bread out, I noticed a great deal of bread under the bread pan. The liquid had been leaking. As soon as I wet the bread and pulled it off the outside bottom of the pan, the entire pin came out. No more paddle, no more seal, no more kneading. We still have a bread maker that I've literally had for over 20 years. Works fine. It actually heats the liquid to the correct temp, removing one step from the process. I simply liked the Cuisinart better (once the learning curve was over) and it was prettier on the counter. So disappointed.

I bought this about a month ago, just love it. I have made about 6 loaves of bread. Trying out different kinds. Right now I have a Hawaiian Bread in the machine. If you follow the directions the bread comes out awesome. Of coarse you have to fool around with different recipes. The only negative is that it has a slight dent on the outside of the machine but it does not effect the machine.

We bought this bread maker recently and have enjoying making a variety of breads. It’s so easy to use and the recipes are very easy to follow. We also like the fact that it’s not very large and takes up very little counter space. We will be gifting our 4 children with this same bread maker for Christmas!

This is to replace our old Oster bread machine (at least 20 years old) which stopped working suddenly. This is much smaller and lighter than our old one, and we baked bread a few times, and so far this is working really well. This takes much smaller space in our cupboard also. So far, we are very happy with this machine.
