Works great,love the ease of cooking and the bread is great. My only issue is the recipes arent correct with the amount of liquid to use...I have had to adjust with adding more with each loaf!

I'd love to rate this product higher, but the truth is that while it makes good bread - the top of every loaf remains unbrowned. No golden top like in the picture. Not one loaf has baked completely brown. I've tried various bread recipes, various setting and loaf sizes in two different machines now, and the results are always the same: great bread loaf, colorless top. Yes I've tried bushing egg whites on top and it doesn't make a difference.
All the machine reviews I've read say great things with pictures showing this machine next to golden loaves of bread, but regretfully I've not had those baking results at all.
On a positive note, I'd like to thank Cuisinart's excellent customer service.

I just recently purchased this CBK-110P1 bread maker so I have only used for a few loaves. I worry that the bin is not large enough to allow the dough to expand properly. I enjoy a light and fluffy bread so I likely will not try to bake a 2 pound loaf in this machine. In this respect I have used the bread maker to just knead the dough and then I bake it in my convection oven. Overall my impression is that this bread maker is of good quality, easy to program, and a snap to clean up.

It is a wonderful bread maker. I enjoy being able to pick size and crust color. It's very easy to use and I made homemade rolls for Thanksgiving and they were a hit. I would definitely buy.
