The reason I bought this bread maker was because it’s counter footprint is so small compared to my previous bread maker, yet it still makes a perfect loaf… 1 pound, 1 1/2 pounds, or 2 pounds. The instructions are comprehensive and there is an excellent recipe book. I highly recommend it. I make a new bread about twice a week and haven’t had a disappointing 1 yet.

Love the size and ease of using this bread maker. My bread turned out great. I am gf so I used the gluten free setting on my machine. It was easy and delicious. Cant wait to try making my next loaf. This time I will use the "add in" feature for something like sesame seeds.

I got my bread maker and made my first French bread. It turned out delicious. The bread was very firm and dense like a French baguette but not the long shape since it was in the bread machine basket. I made the French bread twice and both times turned out great. I do wish that it was a little darker on the top crush but there is no crust settle when you chose the French bread setting. The Cruisinart machine is the perfect size and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It is easy to store and not very heavy. I do recommend this bred maker machine.
I can’t wait to make dough for cinnamon rolls.

I love this bread maker. I would like to find a time sheet of the times the different phases end and start so I can keep track of when to add different ingredients. Like the raisins for the raisin bread. Sometimes I am not in the same room to hear the beeps on the machine. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.

It’s a great compact bread maker. There are recipes in the manual or can be bought separately. Not only does it make bread but also focaccia bread, pizza dough and cakes as well as artisan breads. The machine is easy to clean and program. The alarm is loud enough to be heard In another room when the kneading is finished or end of cycle has been reached. This lets you add fruit or nuts before baking. It’s wonderful for beginners!
