easy to use and easy to clean. makes a decent sized loaf of bread. only tried the white bread setting so far, but I'm pretty sure the other settings will be just as good, if not better than that. My only complaint is this - you will always have a hole (granted it is a small one) in your loaf of bread. Unless you remove the dough and bake it in the oven, you'll always have a hole. It dries out fast so be sure you wrap it good, no preservatives to keep it from drying out. 😊

I love my bread maker! The recipe booklet that comes with it is so good. My favorite is the Challah recipe. This machine works perfectly and does all the work! The bread has been delicious every time and it's so easy to clean.

I love this breadmaker! I have made several different kinds of bread from the recipe book and they all are delicious. I even make my own pizza now. Looking forward to trying many more varieties of bread. Everything is so simple. Put the ingredients into the pail, lock it into the breadmaker, make a couple of selections and push the start button. That's it. The breadmaker does it all. Cleanup is easy, too. It couldn't be easier. I haven't bought bread since purchasing this unit. One of the best purchases I've made in a long time!

I ordered the Cuisinart Bread Machine because my family loves fresh homemade bread. Using the CBM is much easier than mixing, using dough hook on stand mixer, and the time it takes to rise.
I have used many of the recipes from the booklet provided; however, I find that converting recipes from other sources bakes up exceptionally well.
Reading the booklet that comes with the CBM is a must. I really enjoy baking bread hassle free.
