Works well but the bread doesn’t stay fresh ,and when I make either 1lb or 2lb loaf the loaf doesn’t get any bigger . I don’t know what’s going on

I really like this bread maker. It's not too large and the silver color makes it look very nice. It's also very quiet. So far, I have used it for raison bread, white bread, and pizza dough. The machine works great, but I need to find a better white bread recipe and a better raison bread recipe. But, there are a lot of recipes to try on-line. No complaints about the bread maker!
