This is great. I love this bread maker. I only use it for dough and then bake in the oven. It does super. What I love is that it starts right away and doesn't make you wait for 20 minute while it heats up like some more expensive bread makers do. It get right to the job of mixing the dough. I like this because I use a spatula to make sure all the flour is out of the corners and I make sure that the consistency is correct (do I need to add extra water or flour?). My loafs turn out great. Can't say enough about this small compact perfect bread maker!
