I was a little hesitant to use this because it looked a little complicated. Boy was I wrong! This machine literally is the easiest bread maker I have ever used. I followed the instructions, pressed the buttons it said to in the recipe and out came an amazing, delicious loaf of bread!

I have never baked anything in my whole life until I bought this bread maker. I've always enjoyed home made bread from the local bakery and decided that I wanted to try when I retired. We have always been completely satisfied with every Quisinart appliance that we have bought so we had a lot of confidence that the bread maker would work perfectly and it does. I've baked 3 different breads with great success. The only thing I would change is the beeper, I can't hear it unless I'm standing at the machine when it sounds.

This machine is very compact so it does not take up a lot of counter space. I use it at least once a week so I need to keep it handy. Bread comes out perfect every time.

I really like this bread maker. I’ve had two others since bread makers came along. Easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space on the kitchen counter. One thing those new to bread making with a machine: the result is different than what you buy at the store. Bread is denser and not fluffy like store bread. I use bread flour rather than all-purpose. Makes a difference. May be silly but I use the the same brand of flours when making wheat bread. Makes a difference too. Wish the little recipe booklet that comes with machine included a honey wheat bread.

This bread maker makes all sorts of bread. We have made the normal white bread, but also banana bread, honey oatmeal and they have all been fantastic. There is a learning curve as to what flour to use for what kind of bread but the machine is AWESOME!
