This is my second Cuinart. It is more compact. The dial lights up making it much easier to set the program I want. One loaf I made was beautifully brown in the pan, but the top didn’t brown. It was done and delicious, but very white. I’m looking forward to making more loaves. One thing I noticed—all of the recipes call for powdered milk. That was something new for me.

This seems to work ok but only on the French Bread setting. Any other bread was raw in the center even doing extended bake times. It is easy to use though. I also hate the size of the loaf pan. If you want sandwich bread size this is not for you. They really should offer a more narrow pan to give you the grocery store bread slice size.
