Compact, effective machine. My first bread maker so I have nothing to compare it to, but it’s quite easy and makes great bread. Have made a few normal loaves, pizza dough a couple times, and the babka recipe from the included recipe book. Great recipe book with lots of options to choose from. I recommend; it’s been a great experience and not easy clean-up.

Great size, easy to clean, and makes bread with a very good crumb structure (particularly on the medium crust level). The basic white loaf could use some more flavor, but I'm excited to try the other loaf recipes.

This is my second Cuinart. It is more compact. The dial lights up making it much easier to set the program I want. One loaf I made was beautifully brown in the pan, but the top didn’t brown. It was done and delicious, but very white. I’m looking forward to making more loaves. One thing I noticed—all of the recipes call for powdered milk. That was something new for me.
