It's a good little machine but it doesn't make good bread. I flow the recipe that came with the machine and every time it doesn't rise correctly and the top sinks.

Good quality, after all it is Cuisinart! But the bread is reallly heavy and dense. I think that may be the bread mix I bought though, not the machine. Also, one will need to pause the mixing cycle and get in there with a rubber spatula - otherwise the bottom corners have flour that doesn't mix into the loaf.

We’ll designed with the ability to add ingredients such as raisins through the process. The nice feature is the machine notifying you so you can remove the paddle. Other machines don’t have this and several slices are ruined when attempting to take the paddle out of the cooked bread. Artisian and pasta feature is also an added bonus.
