I could not be happier with this purchase which has given me so much pleasure. I have become increasingly disappointed with bread purchased from the store so I decided to try my own. The Cuisinart was so easy to use and every loaf from my very first has been perfect. Well done Cuisinart,..a very fine machine, and to cost so little…magic!

I make bread at least twice a week now. I used to make it once a year. We aren’t buying bread anymore and the bread I make tastes so much better.
This machine is great for my needs since it is more compact than other bread machines. It keeps my kitchen looking a little less cluttered.

It’s definitely compact and fits well on our counter top. I’ve never used a bread machine before but have made homemade bread. Wow, is this easy! You just take 5 minutes to put in the ingredients and hit go! So easy! It is a little loud while first mixing, but that only lasts a short time. I also prefer to take out the paddle so that there’s a smaller hole in the loaf. You still end up with a whole not matter what because of where the paddle fits, the bolt sticks up. But it’s super small and no big deal to me. I would buy this machine again. It comes with a small recipe book which has quite a few recipes.

I haven’t been able to master this over simplified machine! I’ve tried different yeasts and I just can’t seem to get it to rise the way it should before baking.
