I purchased this bread machine to make sourdough bread but have even made blueberry lime jam in it. Their Recipe book is a definite plus when you buy the Cuisinart Bread Machine. The Zucchini Bread turns out perfect every time. It's so easy to use!

Nice Machine, Replaced a twenty year old bread maker. Hope this lasts as long. Makes bread better than the old machine. Has a real nice recipes book with all kinds of breads, pizza doughs, and specialty doughs. I like it. Of course I've only made three loaves so far, and I'm happy with my purchase.
