Good quality, after all it is Cuisinart! But the bread is reallly heavy and dense. I think that may be the bread mix I bought though, not the machine. Also, one will need to pause the mixing cycle and get in there with a rubber spatula - otherwise the bottom corners have flour that doesn't mix into the loaf.

We’ll designed with the ability to add ingredients such as raisins through the process. The nice feature is the machine notifying you so you can remove the paddle. Other machines don’t have this and several slices are ruined when attempting to take the paddle out of the cooked bread. Artisian and pasta feature is also an added bonus.

I've made 3 loaves already and they all turned out fine. Nice compact size and very attractive. I have a Cuisinart coffee maker which we like real well. They both kind of match in style and design.

Moves all over the counter but great bread!

Easy to use and makes great bread. Downside is that it shakes heavily and moves all over the counter! The third time I used it, it shook so hard it fell and the lid broke off. Fortunately it still works but I plan to get some grips for the base.

Spread Microsoft to use simple functions make it great makes wonderful bread ,the only issue I have with it is the top is lighter colors than the bottom of the bread loaf when it comes out of The Pan. It is an uneven bake on the crust of the bread.
