Received the bread maker and tried my first loaf. According to the manual, one should hear chimes as certain points during the process. Never heard them. Tried a second loaf... Again no chimes. Contacted support and after exchanging a few emails, they agreed to replace the machine. Received that yesterday and will try it out soon. Hopefully it works as advertised.

The same recipe in this machine, compared to my old machine, was dry. I prefer the traditional shape of the loaf, compared to this vertical shape. I bought this because of the gluten free setting, which i haven't tried yet.

I'm delighted with my bread maker. I bought it out of curiosity and was unsure I would like and use a bread maker. In the short time I've had it I've used it at least weekly. It's so easy and the results with yeast breads are consistently wonderful. This past weekend I tried the jam feature. While it was easy and the jam came out great I don't think I'll do it again. It made a big mess inside the baking chamber and was difficult to clean. I also didn't have much luck with the cake feature but I think it's just a matter of getting used to how much time the baking takes.

This breadmaker has/does it all. I've made numerous different loaves so far and they've all turned out delicious! I have no complaints whatsoever. It was priced right, it's easy to clean, takes up little space, it saves me a lot of time, and all my breads have been really good. I'm making pizza tonight!
