Nice, but pricey bread maker. Found the white bread recipe too heavy so I used the recipe from my old West Bend bread maker, which makes a softer loaf. Machine is somewhat noisy.

I’ve owned 3 bread makers previously & this is the BEST by far. I love the compact size & that it beeps to remind me to remove the paddle before it bakes. The breads I’ve made have been consistent in size & texture-most tasting great. Using honey in the pizza dough tastes AMAZING!

Received the bread maker and tried my first loaf. According to the manual, one should hear chimes as certain points during the process. Never heard them. Tried a second loaf... Again no chimes. Contacted support and after exchanging a few emails, they agreed to replace the machine. Received that yesterday and will try it out soon. Hopefully it works as advertised.
