Even for a seasoned baker like myself this really saves my hands by preparing different doughs for me . It also makes great bread . I thought it would be complicated as I’m not so good at figuring out electronics but it was simpler to use . It looks nice on my counter , it’s sleek enough to stay out for use . Make sure and store your dough hook inside the machine as it’s easy to lose , wish there was an option of a second dough hook .

I bought this machine for its gluten free cycle to make gf bread. It works like a charm. No frills just simple and straight forward. There is an option to add more time if the internal temp of the bread hasn't reached desired number after cycle is completed. Love the size of the loaf too, like sandwich bread.

It is among the best appliances I have acquired; there is nothing like fresh bread every time you fancy it. When instructions followed properly the bread comes out perfect. Now making pizza is fun & delicious. The size of the machine is perfect, it does not take a lot of room on the kitchen counter. The recipes & instructions are easy to follow. It is a fantastic machine.

Follow the recipe book or the dough May sink when baked. Also if you like a thicker crust this machine does it. It makes awesome dough if you want to bake it in a bread pan in your oven and crust will be thinner and less dense bread.

Nice, but pricey bread maker. Found the white bread recipe too heavy so I used the recipe from my old West Bend bread maker, which makes a softer loaf. Machine is somewhat noisy.
