This is my first bread machine, & I’m also a beginner at baking bread. It’s compact & attractive on the countertop, it’s simple to use & comes with a booklet full of good recipes. HOWEVER, I have branched out from the booklet and found other recipes to rise & have a much lighter texture than those in the book so far. Most of the recipes in the booklet taste great but come out very dense & crumbly.
The price & quality is good for this little machine. For a first timer I would recommend.

I haven't made, what I consider, a great loaf of bread...yet! Several operator errors have made for some finished product issues. The machine is very easy to work with and I love its compact size. In our kitchen it fits in a cupboard, so it doesn't take up counter space.

Using the Automatic Bread Maker is quite simple. Take time to read the instructions and supplement with a few YouTube videos. This device is pretty much a set it, and forget it until the timer goes off. I would have given it 5 Stars if the baking time was correct when using fresh products (such as bananas for banana bread). I had to double the baking time and it was still slightly raw gooey at the top. The baking is from the bottom, but the heat seems to dissipate towards the top. Definitely fun to use and the kids enjoy using it to bake fresh bread.

This unit functions properly but at times, the motor seems a little undersized for the stress it's under. I've used only the recipes in the book that came with the unit but at times the motor seems like it is going to stall while kneading the dough. It sounds like the motor should be sized a tad bit bigger. Other than that, it functions properly and makes great bread!
