I have made several types of bread and they all turned out perfect . I initially bought the Z brand . 3 loaves of bread never cooked . Sent it back and bought this one which is excellent .

Purchased for its compact size and past experience with the Cuisinart brand. This bread maker is quite simple, although I recommend reading through the instructions to understand the signal beeps. Our family has enjoyed many of the recipes provided in the recipe book. The ability to quickly whip up a loaf of freshly baked bread without much effort is just wonderful.
