Simple. Great recipes easy to follow. Bread products better than local bakery! Make sure you add ingredients in order of recipe, or it doesn't come out right

With more time to perfect recipes and use rating could be higher. Biggest problem now is that the bread is coarse and heavy. Also experiencing some fallen tops. Everything should get better with practice and improving texture is a goal.
