By brother-in-law bought one and brought me a nice loaf of my favorite rye. I bought one. I have been cooking for about 70 years and tend to do it my way and don't often follow instructions so I got a mix of bad to medium results. Now, I loaned it to another sister-in-law who reads the instructions several times and follows them. She continues to bless me with great breads of all kinds. Last night, I had her to bring me a double of pizza dough and I used it to make my favorite pizzas and they were fantastic. She said it was the simplest thing she had done with the machine. The machine is worth it just for great pizza dough but don't stop there. Use the instructions provided or other tried and proven recipes for bread machines and you will be very happy with this purchase.

Very easy to use and bakes perfect loaves of bread - must watch that large loaves when rising, does not cover the upper vent as it causes condensation and affects the outcome of the upper loaf in the final bake - otherwise very happy!!!

Couldn't be happier with this product. I have made a couple of the recipes from the Cuisinart supplied recipe book, which were the French Bread Loaf and the Rustic Italian Loaf. Both of these loaves turned out perfect! I have also made one of my tried and true recipes that I have made in my old bread machine for the past 10 years or more. I made a 2 lb Old-Fashioned Wheat Bread but it hit the window, so next time I plan on making the 1.5 lb loaf instead. I am so pleased that the bread maker takes up such a small space.
