First bread machine I've owned and so far am very impressed. It's easy to use and the two loaves I've made came out pretty good. For a novice bread maker, I impressed myself. Made the plain white bread and the olive/rosemary loaf. Both very good.

I love the bread it makes. Sometimes, its better to place the dough in the oven so its not such a dense loaf....Otherwise, what a timesaver!

This bread maker can be a little tricky to operate, especially on your first time. I read all the instructions, had my ingredients ready, and thought I was ready to start my very first loaf. Alas, I hit the program button too many times and missed my desired bread program. There was no redo or start over. I had to let the machine sit for a while before I could begin again. But despite all the hassle, my bread came out perfectly! My second loaf was even better. Just be careful setting up the program.

I love the bread maker, I made 3 recipes out of the booklet and they were great. My favorite one was the rustic Italian. It was perfect. The only thing I’m not a fan about is the shape they come out in. So for the last two loaves I used a pan and baked in the oven. They were the best ones. The machine will do all for you, but for a little more finesse just remove and bake in the oven.
