I baked the same kind of bread three times now. It rises well, but then collapses after a while. Not sure what to do to avoid this. The bread tasted very good though! I would have loved it if the recipe booklet would have had more simple recipes. I'm really not a person to try all kinds of special recipes. Wouldn't it be an idea if there were different sizes of pans. If I bake a 2-pound bread, the slices are HUGE. When I bake the 1-pound bread, I just have the bread sideways and have smaller slices. Energy-wise it's better to bake 2-pound loaves.

Some receipts take a few tries to get it right. But overall I am very very pleased with the bread maker. I’ve used it many times and have enjoyed many different receipts provided. We have even bought special bread four to use with our new machine.

Bread maker works really well and is compact and lighter than my older bread makers which is great. While it’s kneading the dough it is noisier than my old bread makers which I believe is due to the lighter weight and smaller footprint while retaining the same torque on the paddle. Very happy with purchase
