I'd give this 4 & 1/2 stars if I knew how. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is I feel it could be heavier or have some kind of feet so it doesn't move as much when kneading. I read in other reviews before I purchased this that it can move off the counter. Knowing this I just keep it far back and put something heavy in front just in case. Otherwise I really love this and I've been making lots of bread that comes out great. I love the beeper signal so you can add ingredients and to remove the kneading paddle before the last rise and baking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got to thinking how good homemade bread was when mom made it and decided to give it a try on my own, but I'm not my mom and have a lazy streak a mile wide. Purchased this unit after reading reviews all afternoon and decided this was the one to fit us. So far it has not let us down and has made great bread every time with the utmost ease. No regrets on this machine and just made a loaf of sweet Hawaiian bread that will knock your socks off without raising a sweat.

Just the right size and very intuitive to operate. I owned the larger Cuisinart bread maker before but this has better features such as a locking mixing bowl. It also mixes the dough better without the need to use a spatula to get the machine to mix well.

I find this bread maker to be compact and easy to use. So far every loaf that I have made has turned out perfectly.
The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the build quality appears a little flimsy when compared to the 15 year old model that I just retired.

So far it is working very well. Only problem is that I can not hear the beeps for the scheduled add ingredients, remove paddle etc. which is really inconvenient. Have to set a different alarm to keep tract of the time. P.S. My wife can hear the beeps just fine.
