Love the bread maker.... Only issue I have is that the bread continues to fall in the baking process. I've yet to get a loaf that stays risen. The last 2 loaves I made, I removed the bread when the paddle removal signal went off & put them in loaf pans to bake in the oven. They turned out great.

I absolutely love this bread maker!! I had a different brand years ago, but the paddle did not detach. On my new Cuisinart it does, which makes cleanup so simple and easy. The sleek, compact design looks beautiful in my kitchen, and the bread I've made thus far has been delicious!

I'd give this 4 & 1/2 stars if I knew how. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is I feel it could be heavier or have some kind of feet so it doesn't move as much when kneading. I read in other reviews before I purchased this that it can move off the counter. Knowing this I just keep it far back and put something heavy in front just in case. Otherwise I really love this and I've been making lots of bread that comes out great. I love the beeper signal so you can add ingredients and to remove the kneading paddle before the last rise and baking.

Got to thinking how good homemade bread was when mom made it and decided to give it a try on my own, but I'm not my mom and have a lazy streak a mile wide.
