I’ve only tried it twice and failed both times. Once the mixing paddle fell off but that wasn’t obvious until it was too late. I’ve tried only to make gluten free bread. I want to know what is the best pre-packaged GF bread mix made for bread machines. Don’t want the hassle of measuring out and mixing the different ingredients.

Great little bread maker! I purchased this 6 weeks ago and have made 6 loaves so far. Everyone came out perfect! I bought all fresh ingredients and used King Arthur’s all purpose flour. . No issues or problems at all . Highly recommend!

So far this breadmaker has been "hit-or-miss." Some of the bread has turned out very well, but several loaves have sunk in the middle, using the same ingredients and technique. I don't like the tubular loaves, and would not buy one like this again. It's just OK.
