Good bread maker. I wish it had a timer. Usually it takes 3-4 hours to make a bread and if you really want to have a fresh break for breakfast have to get up in the middle of the night.

Bakes bread beautifully but the rise is not great. Liquids have to be room temp in most recipes, which can be inconvenient and inconsistent. Do not care for the crust bake on french bread setting and shape. The process is easy but must be monitored.

I love the new, more compact size! I make home made bread very often—so I use it a lot! Replacing an older Cuisinart. It still runs perfect but traveled off the counter and the hinge broke. I use the dough setting and bake outside the pan. Seems fancier...
