I have already made several loaves of nicely formed, beautiful and delicious bread in my new bread machine. I especially like the feature allowing the removal of the paddle so the hole in the bread is much smaller than my prior machine. I would prefer a long loaf as opposed to the tall loaf, however.

This is a well designed bread maker. It does not take up much space, and the controls are straight forward and easy to understand. Its main drawback is that it does not have a pre-warm feature unlike my old Welbilt machine. It is essential, therefore, that all ingredients be at room temperature before putting them in the pan, as the instructions specify. If you follow the instructions carefully, the results are satisfying. Once you get to know the machine, you can introduce your own variations.
