Works well, I find that I need to add some items like chocolate chips a little at a time while the machine is mixing or I get a large accumulation on the bottom.

I love my Cuisinart Bread Maker! Very simple to use and very fun to see all the process taking place to get warm, fresh out the “oven” bread. At the beginning I encountered some issues with my bread no properly rising but was able to figured it out through all the amazing videos and reviews online...my big issue was the humidity and the type of yeast I was using..after that was corrected no more issues!
Bread has been very delicious! I love all the simple steps and options, the many and plenty recipes included and can’t wait to try them all! ....I absolutely recommend this machine to anyone!

Previously had a Gold Star bread machine. After heavy use in last year it finally wore out. Decided on this Cuisinart because of its size, the removable bread pan and its simple features. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Bread comes out with a nice texture, nicely browned, high rising. And it can make the different breads I like, buttermilk, wheat, fruit and nut. Very satisfied with this machine
