Some recipes just don't seem to work. I was so excited to get this machine but I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the product. It appears that the 1 1/2 # loaf recipes seem to work better. It is nice and has a small footprint which was what I was looking for. I guess I'll try more recipes and tweak as needed.

Bought this to replace my 20+ year Toastmaster bread maker and what an improvement. This little machine is fantastic! It is lighter and a lot less noisy than my old one and does a great job of kneeling my bread faster too! I am very happy with my purchase.

I have only used my machine to make dough and it works great! I love the compact size. It is a little noisy but it doesn’t bounce around on the counter. I don’t have room on my countertop to leave it out but it is light to carry so it is not difficult to put it away. It was an excellent purchase for me.
