Great Bread Machine!
Had a Breadman Machine that gave out after 20+ years & decided that the Cuisinart Compact model would be a good replacement. Love how easy it is to use and clean up - also, love the 3 sizes of loaves. I make pizza dough regularly for Friday night pizza - the Cuisinart recipe was a little dryer than my Breadman recipe so used the Breadman recipe - came out really good! Excellent value!

The smaller size fits perfectly onto a counter and it produces fabulous bread! We’ve made a few recipes from the cookbook that was enclosed and all needed additional liquid so keep that in mind when trying the recipes! Once I perfected the recipes, the bread was amazing and the smell of bread baking reminds me of my Grandma’s kitchen!!

Like others before me, I took time to research and decide which bread maker to buy. When this little space saver of an appliance arrived I liked the compact size and hoped for the best. I followed the instructions as listed in the provided instruction/recipe booklet and both breads came out perfect. What's great is that you know what's in the bread and can add/control what you want in it. It will save me time to go to the store and buy bread from now on.
