I HAVE TRIED HE GLUTEN FREE , THE SWEET AND THE FRENCH BREAD , WITH INSTANT YEAST , BUT I ALWAYS HAVE A COMPACT AND HEAVY BREAD WITH A SIZE THE HALF OF THE EXPECTED , I HAVE TRIED CON DIFERENT BRANDS OF YEAST , BUT IS THE SAME PROBLEM .

I have baked 5 recipes at this time and all but the white sandwich bread recipe has fallen. This happens even after the most careful directions being followed. Everything at room temperature and put into the pan in the order listed.
I do like the kneading and rising feature. I like the warning bells reminding me to add in ingredients and to remove the paddle.

You absolutely must read the manual and play with the machine several times. Sometimes when the dough is making the process stops and you have to take the dough out and free up the kneader. This is one freakin mess and the bread ends up with about a 11/2-2” hard crust which is about 1/6 of the loaf. This is two out of two times trying to make bread.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s taken me a long time to make a good loaf of bread and it’s only worked since I stopped following the instructions that came with the machine. Very frustrating, not impressed
