Not sure if I like the vertical pan. Not much rise on a tried and true recipe that always came out beautifully in my old Williams Sonoma bread maker. Even when I used your recipe book, didn't have an impressive result. Will keep trying.

Love Cuisinart quality! Easy to use, & not too loud. My old one was not Cuisinart, & the bread pan would keep popping out while kneading. Cuisinart’s locks into place so this is not an issue. I have other Cuisinart products & knew it would be worth the $$
