It’s not even making us bread although we followed the same recipe that are given in the book. Tried different process still the same issue. I am very disappointed in this bread maker

We just purchased this and have used it a few times already to make bread and pretzels. We have only used the dough cycle and taken it out to bake in our oven. It's simple to use and so far we are happy. Everything tastes great and it couldn't be easier to use and clean.

I bought this to replace a much older bread machine. The recipe I used was the same used in the older machine. I don't think it was as good in the Cuisinart ... not mixed as well and didn't rise as much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the compact size and can still make 2 lbs bread. I have to test a couple more time how to control a better crust color. My 1st run is coming out too dark and hard on outside.
