I’ve had the bread maker a few weeks and made a few loaves of bread. It occasionally misses mixing the entire set of ingredients. There are work arounds though. I’ve made the gluten free bread following the Cuisinart recipe and it tastes great-much better than store bought. I’m enjoying my bread maker so far and look forward to trying more recipes. Remember to tell your family members if you left in the mixing tool or they will cut into the bread and ding it which happened to me.

King Arthur Flour test kitchens confirm that bread machines are better at kneading than hands.
This one will easily prepare a wide range of bread types, or easily make a daily loaf.
Have had, enjoyed and even worn out several bread machines, including the fancier Cuisinart 220. This one is the Goldilocks point for almost all purposes.

Not sure if I like the vertical pan. Not much rise on a tried and true recipe that always came out beautifully in my old Williams Sonoma bread maker. Even when I used your recipe book, didn't have an impressive result. Will keep trying.

I bought it about 3 weeks ago. An excellent buy with an appealing look. I am making fresh bread everyday. No more artificial ingredients and additives in our bread. I cannot wait for the summer time to make jam in the machine.
