Love this bread maker, we are enjoying fresh bread daily. The ability to make a 1 lb loaf is ideal for a family of two. The full size loaf is 2 lbs and is large enough to share with the crowd.

I've had good experiences with Cuisinart food processors, and decided to order the compact bread maker. With one exception, every loaf I've made has turned out well...baked to perfection and very tasty. The one exception was a baguette dough, which was very sticky and unworkable. I tried it a second time, measuring even more carefully, and ensuring alll ingredients were at room temperature, something I didn't do as diligently on the first batch. Second time was a charm - it turned out well. The family favorite so far is the focaccia - an excellent recipe and easy to accomplish. Overall, very pleased with this bread maker.

Lots of settings and makes a constant loaf. The recipe book is a great starter if you have never made bread, but found most recipes come out a little dense. With a few changes and experimenting with different recipes I have found what works best for our liking.

Very disappointed. Have made only one loaf that was good. I have followed the instructions perfectly. I have made 2 loaves of whole wheat, and they were both very hard crusted . Have not given up, but I am very discouraged .

This bread maker bakes bread as well as the one we had before that finally gave out and cost twice as much. The bread is just as good, but the inside stays much cleaner.
