Unit works very well. The only issue I have is that you can't change the darkness of the bread with the French program. In the recipe book it says why the French bread program has only one level. The problem is there are recipes provided which call for the French program to be used and darkness level is supposed to be variable when in fact it's not. I'm surprised no one from Cuisinart picked up on that discrepancy.

Works as advertised and very user friendly. I have made french, rustic italian, jalapeño cheddar and babka bread in the few weeks I have with the unit and the recipes have worked perfectly. I will add the unit is very easy to clean according to instructions.
