It’s easy, convenient and fun. I use it to make low sodium pizza dough. I need to follow a low sodium diet. I missed pizza. This bread machine gave me low sodium pizza. We love it. The dough is delicious. I’m so happy with the machine and the pizza.

I have a very busy life but I love the smell and taste of fresh baked bread. With this bread maker, I can now put the ingredients in on a Sunday and have a big enough loaf for that evening and a couple of more days. Reduces the amount of store bought bread that just sits around unused and goes stale. And, way more healthy!!

Have made several loaves of bread so far and am pleased with its performance. I've tried to adapt a few traditional recipes with limited success so I continue to make those the old fashioned way. It's not a problem because I enjoy cooking & baking. The bread maker is good when I don't have time to spend on making things the old fashioned way. I also like being able to control what ingredients are in my bread.
