We have enjoyed it so far. My only complaint is even the lightest setting creates a crust too dark for me and my family. We have to waste some of the bread cutting off the three overly browned sides. Aside from that, it’s super simple to use and and we use it most often twice a week.

Makes bricks of bread that arent any good. I tried several variations and the results were the same. A square brick of bread that was almost inedible. Started to use 2 bread pans and my own oven. Now I get great bread every time.

Replacing my former bread maker with this one has been more of an adjustment than anticipated. I bake weekly generally allowing the machine to run through the dough process, removing it from the machine and finishing the bread after a rising in a bread pan in the oven. 100% whole wheat has yet to come out to my expectations.

After making adjustments to the recipes that came with the bread maker I am finally getting better results. At first they were like little bread bricks. They are a bit lighter and rising better. Not the greatest though.

I like the bread machine but do not like having to push the button to stop it so there will be only one raise. I use it mostly to make dough for rolls.

I had to start making homemade bread because of a nickel allergy I was just diagnosed with. I had never made bread in a machine before; I love it. Just follow the easy instructions. I love that it beeps to let you know to add raisins etc, then beeps if you want to take out the paddle and then beeps when done.
