You have to check the dough when it’s time to remove the paddle. If you have air bubbles in your dough it can blow up and hit the top on the oven

1st loaf I made was the basic white loaf receipt, very easy to follow receipt to follow and bread was delicious. Even froze some and defrosted and toast nicely. Since have experimented with other ingredients and the bread maker has come through like a champ.

Nice and clean design. Easy to use. Nevertheless it's a bit loud compared to my 10 year old bread machine. You can clearly hear the noise from inside the machine during kneading.
