Simple to use and makes good dough. I don't normally bake the bread in the maker. Not sure why it raises the dough twice. My old one only did one raise. I also like that it is more compact and lighter than my old machine!

Not very impressed with the recipes included in the instruction booklet. They don't taste very good and the bread is stale by the next day. Sorry i let my husband spend his money on something i will use maybe once a year.

We purchased the Cuisinart bread maker one month ago and have made 5 loaves of white bread with it so far. After a bit of tweaking, the last 3 loaves have turned out really well. Initially, we had selected the dark loaf setting but it made the bread too crusty. After we changed it to the lightest loaf setting, the bread has baked perfectly. We used the delayed timer setting overnight on our most recent loaf of bread and it was wonderful to wake up to the aroma of freshly baked bread.

After my old one wore out after many years, I bought a second one. Use it several times a week. Most recipes that have 4 or less cups of flour can be adapted for the bread machine. Add liquids first, then dry ingredients, yeast last. I prefer to use the Dough Cycle. Second rise on the counter and then bake in oven. I also use one tablespoon of instant yeast.

I am extremely happy with this bread maker. I've tried several different types of bread; they all come out great. It's definitely smaller than my big old one and looks very nice on my counter. I made a good choice with this.

Amazing and delicious! I have attempted to make bread before and failed dismally. My new Cuisinart bread maker has made me look like a pro! Extremely simple to use and the end product is visually appealing and delicious. So far I have made French bread and banana walnut. The only downside is that you will have difficulty eating just one piece.
