It’s super easy. I’ve only made two loaves, but on my second loaf today I experimented with adding rosemary from the garden cilantro for the garden a little garlic powder and Parmesan cheese the flavor was delicious and the smell was amazing while it was cooking. We had it with our Christmas meal. You do have to remember to start the bread a lot earlier than dinner because it does take a while. But then good things take time.

I absolutely love this little bread machine. I bought it because of its small footprint and it lives permanently on my kitchen counter. Even though it’s small it does a fabulous job. I prefer a horizontal loaf to the vertical that the machine pan makes so I just pop the dough into a loaf pan and stick it in the oven. Beautiful bread. I can’t imagine why anyone would want a more expensive or complicated machine. This is beyond perfect.

Have to stir constantly with gluten free recipe

I bought this bread machine to make gluten free bread. Using the gluten free recipe in the booklet that comes with it, you have to help stir it when machine is kneading or else you end up with a huge air bubble as machine can't stir the thick gluten free dough. As long as you help it, it turns out great. Works fine with non gluten free recipes.
