I found the Cuisinart Griddler® Deluxe a very useful small appliance for the kitchen. Cleanup is especially easy because you remove plates and place in the dishwasher. Still in the process of learning many cooking techniques that I might use with this appliance.

It took me a bit to figure out how to move the plates around but instructions and videos very helpful. I love the the plates change from smooth to grill grates. Very versatile appliance. Easy cleanup.

My griddler, died.had for yrs. Bought this deluxe its amazing. So much better than older model. You can lower top to melt cheese on burgers. Easy to use. Heats evenly. Love the sear button. Each plate lower and top have seperate controlls..!!!

This was very well thought out when made. Very nice features. One thing that was not thought out well was the handle doesn’t open under kitchen cabinet. You have to push iit all the way back to wall to open it. Not a deal breaker.
