I absolutely love this piece of equipment! So easy to clean up after using, and so useful in a small kitchen such as mine. My only complaint would be the top element does not get as hot as the bottom. Didn’t take long to learn to compensate for that, but one should not have to do so. Other than that, no complaints, just a lot of usage!

Griddle doesn't work as expected - defective?

The product is big and bulky and I expected a real workhorse. Unfortunately the temperature on the upper griddle (the one that is meant to sear meat or toast sandwiches would not get about about 325 degrees even when I set it to sear. I returned it.

Cuisinart was quick to replace our unit that stopped working. However, it was just over a year old and maybe used 7-8 times. I hope this replacement unit works better, or else I'll find a new brand.

I recently purchased this great grill to replace another brand. I love the Griddler Deluxe because of the simplicity of using it. I simply plug it in, turn it on and select the proper degree of heat for both top and bottom using both knobs. The knobs then are red; when hot, they turn green and then I am ready to cook. I also love the fact that I can set the top to sit above the food so I can melt cheese. I also love this grill for my daily panini sandwiches. This grill is larger than my previous Griddler that I got when they first were produced. I plan to use it for many recipes and grilling steaks, fish and pizza. I highly recommend this grill!!

This is the handiest appliance in my kitchen. I use it almost daily for cooking steaks, pork chops etc. The meat is always moist and tender because it's easy to tell when it's done without over cooking. I highly recommend this appliance (better than my air fryer!)
