Works great! Burgers, steaks, and Chicken breast come out sooo good. The sear feature works good, top and bottom temperature control are nice to have, plus the ability to set the top to different lowered positions really helps. Wish it had a timer but that's a very small complaint.

Its a great device. I would of given it 5 stars, but when the top is not fixed (released to accommodate the food below) and you open the top it drips outside of the drip pan. Not a big deal usually. I love the dual mode function. It is is larger than I expected, but that mean more cooking area, right!? Overall it is an upgrade to my previous indoor grill and I really like it.
