dissapointed. It has the same problem my last Griddler had. The top side griidle falls down when trying to broil. My last griddler Deluxe had the same problem and I thought it was just built in obsolencis. This one is brand new. The slide controll on the right side is not built well enouigh to hold the weight of the top grill. The only way to grill is by keeping the top grill on an angle and attached to the back of the grill. Other than that engineering blunder it works fine but other manufacturers are priced much lower. This is my 3rd griddler and probably my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent indoor grill and griddle!

I needed a new indoor grill and decided on this one for the larger cooking area. I absolutely love this grill! So far I have made eggs, pancakes, grilled chicken and salmon in it and they all turned out great and so easy! Any grease drips right off into the drip tray in the back.

I was on Cuisinart website looking at the indoor grills. I read the product detail and it sounded great. Made the purchase and feel in love. This indoor is equipped with two reversible grills it’s easy to clean, easy to use. We can cook four pancakes at a time, and they taste like dinner style pancakes. We made homemade burgers that came out phenomenal and juicy. We’re getting ready to sear some steaks soon. Heat this grill up, and you won’t be waiting long for good food. The grill cook meats, pizza, shrimps and more in record time. Life and food has been beautiful with this indoor grill. For all gourmets chefs this is a must have. I would recommend this for everyone cheer to eating healthier and cooking Whole Foods in record time.
