This toaster oven is fantastic! It has worked great for us:) I particularly like its ability to reheat pizza and French fries and have them crispy and crunchy, and not soggy like in a microwave. We use the bagel function almost every day ~ they turn out perfect! This is one of the best purchases we have made:)

It works fine but to use the "bake" settings you recommend is a disaster. Heating things up as directed will often cause them to burn. Baking things on your settings often have similar issues. Use the lowest rack level and things cook and warm fine. The dials are hard to read. The temperature settings seem to be incorrect. They are too hot. But adjust for all this and it works fine.
