I ordered this toaster to replace a malfunctioning one, different manufacturer. We have only used the toast and bake so far and both work wonderfully. The dial for the darkness for the toast is hard to figure out. I would suggest the manufacturer either make the know with a raised area so you can feel where the dial is pointing or color it. My 92 year old father and my self have figured it out , but through trial and error.

A classic stainless steel toaster, good grip not plastic knobs , quick heating elements, doesn’t occupy too much space in my ceramic counter, ample interior size, pan slides out on opening , lacking interior lights, the markings hardly visible thus the 4 star
