It’s fine. We upgraded our old one but this one seems smaller, doesn’t have convection, has to change out the trays every time, and definitely cooks differently and will take some getting used to.

This is a nice toaster oven. Very easy to clean. It is my second one. I replaced my old one because it didn't toast a piece of bread to the same place even if I didn't adjust the setting. Unfortunately, this one is the same. I have to watch it when making toast to make sure it doesn't burn. Sometimes it comes out right, sometimes not even though it is at same setting. I really like the toaster, just wish I didn't have to watch it so closely.

The oven is great. The size is perfect, not too bulky on the counter. As a toaster it could use improvement. The dial has no “notches” so you just have to remember about where you had it before. You need to keep it very near the lightest possible setting or the toast gets over done.

I’m really surprised after all the years they have still not added a white line on the black knobs for viability. I’d share my picture but your picture add is broken below. This is my second one. The oven temp control went bad on it but only after a decade of use The owner manual describes a rack for the tray but mine was missing from the sealed box.

The toaster seems to operate ok but the controls are very hard to read. My nephew used “whiteout” to highlight the position of the controls. That helped.
