I bought this to replace a very old Black and Decker that stopped working and on the whole am very pleased with it. The interior is deeper than the B&D, though the width is a little less. The only fault I can find with it is that the control knobs should have a contrasting stripe on the raised indicator to show what the setting is. I used white appliance paint to apply a thin stripe.

After working every morning for a month now there are times when its not toasting and indicating by ding the toast is done. This morning took three tries to get bread toasted. At the second try of pushing button it went off after seconds. Yes I have controls at toast and had to move indicators to darker for toast to brown.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our early experience has been good. The oven seems well made and operates as expected. My only complaint is it is hard to determine which setting you are on as the indicator is the same color as the dial.
