Toaster oven is great. It has the toast, broil and bake options. We use it mostly for toasting or reheating items. This is my third Cuisinart in over 15 years. My last one, the heating coils did just that. They curled up, and then one day we noticed a spark coming from where one of the coils had bent. So knew it was time to replace. It had been somewhere between 5- 8 years since we had a new one. Other than that problem, I have never had an issue with the toaster over. Fits the space we have, and looks neat and clean on top of the counter.

I like this toaster oven a lot. My only small complaint is that the door is a bit stiff to open; it often requires holding one hand on the top of the unit to pull down the door. Otherwise the whole think kinda tips forward. But other than that, this was an excellent purchase.

I've only had my Toaster Oven a few weeks and I use it daily, I am a devout Cuisinart fan. I have had my food processer for years (5 stars), my mini processer (5 stars), my toaster (5 stars). Rice cooker (5 stars). Cuisinart always my first choice. Thank you Cuisinart.

Overall, it's a wonderful appliance. It is larger than the once it replaced, which is a plus. I would give it 5 stars, except that there is a "hook" inside which is level with the middle rack setting. In order to use the baking tray on top of the rack, you have to tip it in order to get the tray under that hook (which keeps it from coming too far out when you pull it forward to retrieve your food). It is an unnecessary feature. Needing to tip the baking tray causes the food to slip to the back of the tray you can easily lose the food into the bottom of the oven.

Toaster turns on by itself…..even when I have the knob turned off! I’ve had this toaster for a few years and it just started turning on by itself. It is a dangerous kitchen appliance to keep plugged in if you leave the house. Who wants to keep unplugging this appliance everytime they are not using it?

This is a sharp looking and easy to read unit that is larger inside while maintaining a small footprint. Heats up fast and cooks evenly. Doesn't scorch or burn things.
