Received as a Christmas gift, enjoying the fact that I do not have to use my standard oven for short time baking or reheating! The only complaint that I have is the pan that is included is not easy to clean and is time consuming to scrub off anything that gets stuck to it. I do not see the pan lasting as long as the oven.

Perfect size . Toasts perfectly. My last toaster oven the writing all wore off and you couldn’t read anything this one the knobs are extended so the writing will never wear off with the users fingers touching it.

I like that it’s big for food. I don’t like how the trays go in. There are only 2 grooves and they are not so well placed. I just use the slotted one with tin foil and it’s not great.

I bought this primarily to avoid having to use my range to bake salmon and warm steak while I'm making sauce in the sauce pan. Since it does a better job with my morning English muffin than my toaster did, I'm in an even better situation!

When my toaster over quit working, it was under warranty and a new one sent. Replacement didn't work either. Finally the 3rd one worked. Don't know what was going on.
