Bought one for me and one for my daughter. We like this product once we realized how to adjust the settings for toast. The main problem we found is the the knobs are not marked as to show the settings clearly. All other Cuisinart products show the markings in silver rather than a piece of raised black.

I had a toaster oven that I liked, but I had great difficulty turning the knobs. I tried all of them in the store and this was the only one with the knobs that I could turn without difficulty. I really like it. I wish the drip pan would clean more easily.

I purchased 3 or 4 months ago. I've used it a handful of times because it tips forward every time you pull pan out and you get burned. We box it back up.

The product works great, easy to clean. The only issue we have is the sound and number of 5 very loud buzzes it makes when it is finished. This is something you can't test in a store, you don't know till you get home. One beep would be sufficient.

It's okay but i noticed that when browning toast I have to take it out before it dings other wise it will burn the toast when using higher settings. I use the lowest one only and just run it through twice.
